hi there my email seems to be taking ages to load, cant even sign into my secondary account, has been like this for months

I know that you posted this on the phone board but if this is a standard email issue I should be able to help
Firstly we, Virgin Media, are currently investigating a webmail access issue. But, if you're using a mail app on your phone you shouldn't be faced with any difficulty.
What phone do you have and how do you access your emails?

hi there im using win 10 on a laptop
Thanks for keeping us updated. Fault ref F005179083 for the webmail issue we were experiencing is now showing that the issue should have improved.
Is it only the lap top you are having trouble accessing the mail from?

hi yes it was but everythings ok now, or so my service test says
i am now getting a forbidden message, cant access my mail
