email synch

For some reason after 9 months using my Galaxy J5, my virginmedia emails are not synching. I tried removing my account and then adding again, but still no emails are coming through. I use my phone for emails all the time. Please help!!

There was a similar issue with a J3 recently. See this -

and a delete/re-install worked for that.
