email spam content problem

I have a problem when sending e-mail when using outlook 2016, it won't send but will receive. It is a ntlworld.com account and has only just started to happen this week.

the message we receive is below 

This is the mail system at host know-smtprelay-4-imp.

 I am sorry to have to inform you that your message, "TEST AGAIN 3`", could not be delivered to xxxxxxxx.ntlworld.com.

 The remote mail system said;

 554:5.2.0 8lsa1u00W1VJUiw01lsg1q Spam content found

 The original message is attached.

Hi dougr, 

 

Welcome to the forums, I'm sorry to see you have been having trouble with emails being bounced as Spam. 

 

There has been a change to our systems recently which should prevent this from happening. 

 

If you are still having trouble please pop across the headers 

of the failed sent email, which should be included as an attachment in the failed delivery notification/ bounce back message. Send it via PM (purple Envelope, top right hand corner).
