tried to set up VM email on my new phone (samsung s5) even though i entered my correct sign in details i am still being asked if i am a robot and shown some random pictures, even when i get the answers right it still goes round and round asking for verification
Would you do me a favour please and log in to My Virgin Media? Click on the My Profile tab and, if your email address is on that screen, reset the password. If your email address is a sub (secondary) account then select Manage Accounts and use the password reset option on that page.
Once you've verified that your information is correct please re-attempt to access your email account.
I recommend that you use your phone's built-in app for email access as webmail access can be problematic of late (this is something we are investigating) and the app should work fine for you. The email settings you'll need are listed here:
