Over the last few months I have had annoying issues with Virgin email. I am sometimes getting a message that says session time out, or when opening email messages in the inbox do not show unless I first open another folder. On occassions have had to refresh the page to get anything to happen. Am using Safari as browser. Have also as suggested on Facebook Virgin page cleared cache and cookies but no better.
You'll get some insight from reading this thread. The platform performs poorly and needs fixing. Your experience is not untypical. I now use Outlook.com for my routine e-mail traffic. A lot less trouble (but not trouble free).
