Just logged into my email with my firstname.lastname@example.org and it lets me send email, however today people who are sending me email are using my alternate address, hence message from friend as shown
"(sorry NTL bounce back again! - are you on their cheapest Internet package???!)"
What is happening?
(obviously I am not email@example.com - but need to contact someone in Virgin to assist)
It actually helps to know what the error message is that the senders are getting?
Bounces happen for many reasons. Can you get them to forward the bounced email to you?
