email access

Having the same problem as many, i.e. unable to access email@blueyonder.co.uk

I can log in to my Virgin account o.k. but when I try to log into my email I just get blank screen with 3 pulsing dots.  This can last from a few minutes to almost an hour before my emails appear, it has been like this for weeks so come on Virgin pull your finger out and sort this, it really is not good enough considering the prices you charge.

mine has been the same for a few days I have to log in using my iphone to delete the messages as is will be full if I do not.
