contacting the customer

When you recive an email from virginmedia saying "We'll email you in the next 48 hours"  why do they take over two weeks to reply or in my case  do not?

It's called 'customer service'. Sadly, Virgin Media don't do 'customer service!

It's called 'customer service'. Sadly, Virgin Media don't do 'customer service!


They do, but they just do it BADLY...(as with most of their attempt at 'services' ) Smiley Tongue
