Hi Nicola-C I was locked out of my email again last week via letter and phone, I did not reactivate it , I received another letter and phone call this week telling me I was locked out again even though I had not reset my email account. They recommend I put some email settings in. SMTP&SSLplus POP3 settings can anyone tell me how to do this. I use blueyonder.co.uk.
Really sorry, it looks like we deleted the problem email address on the 15th however sadly it was automatically picked up for spamming on the 13th and the account locked, quite unlucky to have happened just before we deleted it.
