cannot access email account

have not been able to get into my virgin email account for last two days - any ideas ?  no longer a virgin customer just use the email address

If you are no longer a Virgin Media customer why would you expect the email account to continue?

Email accounts are supposed to be closed 90 days after you cease to be a customer. Sometimes they go on longer before being deleted.

The Forum Team will be able to check the exact status of your account after clearing security questions with you.
