For 12 days I've been getting the message "we're doing some work". Despite several calls I am told that ongoing work will make connection intermittent. Eventually on 14th March I received a text stating that all was now fixed. Some 6 days later I still can not access virginmedia.com and now can not get a response from online chat as no agents have been available since 8am this morning. Can anyone help me, please?
