blueyonder locked mailbox

'Ive spoke to Virgin Media via webchat to be informed various things from "will be resolved tomorrow" to "I'm not the account owner".

So Tonight I have phoned them to be informed that i need to make a new email address as they cant reset it. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement this is the second time Virgin Media have screwed up my main email address I've had for many years.

With respect, its time to migrate to a non ISP email account.

Remember, if you leave, your account will be closed after 90 days....

 I only use my "main VM" account for correspondence with VM- nothing to lose if and when I walk away..
