blueyonder email account

hi

I have been unable to access my old blueyonder email address for a couple of months now,

since they were doing some kind of platform change?

I have phoned and been told will take a few weeks to sort, that was a while ago

Phoned again tonight, spoke to two departments then was trans to a third

After being on hold for a while, was cut off

Have now lost the will to live,

June

Re: blueyonder email account

I've found, when you get that error, clicking on the "Logout" link, then logging back in again seems to solve it.

I get it whenever I'm logging into a @blueyonder or @virginmedia account, when I've accessed one then tried to access the other, and the browser didn't log out properly.

Re: blueyonder email account

that could be because your browser is remembering the last domain signed into. So you end up trying to log into @by from the @vm signin page etc.

Easiest wy to check, choose the correct one directly. In the OP's case, that would be:

https://mail.blueyonder.co.uk

Re: blueyonder email account

Hi junie1963,

In order to investigate this, we would need to replicate the issue from our end. Due to Data Protection restrictions, it's not possible to do this via the forums.

If you're still experiencing the issue, can I therefore ask that you please give our Technical Support department a call on 0845 454 1111 or 151 form a VM phone line?

Thanks.
