Wrongly Spelled Name in Webmail

When sending emails from Webmail or on my new iPad, my Christian name is wrongly spelled. I have tried resetting it in Settings, but it goes back after a while.

 

I believe this stems from quite a few years ago in an accounts-related telephone converstaion with NTL or even Nynex. The error does not occur when using my usual email client (Apple Mail) ot Gmail or me.com.

 

Is there any kind genius out there who can help please
