Would like to have Virgin email address in main account not NTL!

Hi,

I am trying to help an elderly lady with her Virgin account.  She has an NTL address as her Virgin Media Mail Address, but doesn't use NTL.  Her Virgin Media email address is in a Secondary account.

She would like to be able to go in and view details in her primary account and access her emails in the same account, but from what I can see you can't change the Virgin Media Mail Address, so at the moment she has to view her bills in one account and emails in another.

Any advice gratefully received.

Re: Would like to have Virgin email address in main account not NTL!

hiya @KathM the primary the email address can't be changed to a different email address to a another virginmedia email account, you can use a 3rd party email address like a @gmail @Yahoo etc..so they would need to login using the other email address to manage their account.
