I am receiving and sending emails successfully but Mail keeps reporting the error "Your Blueyonder account settings are out of date". The account settings as they are as published by Virgin Media are correct.

If you are still having problems with this please reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) so that I can check the status of your email address on our systems. What that does or doesn't reveal will determine what steps we need to take next.
