Why am I not recieving all my emails on blueyonder.
A friend has been trying to email my blueyonder account and it bounces back. He has also tried another blueyonder account and the same thing happens. He has tried using his gmail and mypostoffice account. The message he gets is permanent failure mx.mnd.ukmail.iss.as9143.net
What does this mean and why has this started to happen since Virgin updated their system last year.

That snippet of the failure message don't include the key part, i.e. the reason for the failure. First thing to do is check that your spam settings are not set to delete all, but rather to move to spam folder.
Failing that post the full rejection message, but remember to remove anything before the @ in email addresses.
