Where are my sent emails ?

I recently upgraded to Windows 10.  When in the email section of Virgin Media, there no longer seems to be a choice for assessing "Sent emails".  Where, please, have these gone to ?  I regret that I am a novice, and will need full instructions to sort this problem out.

Thank you.

Re: Where are my sent emails ?

In Virgin Media Mail the 'Sent Folder' is, perhaps confusingly, called 'Sent Objects' and should show in the folder list beneath 'Drafts' and above 'Spam' as shown in this image:

Try this:

  3. Click Sent objects folder

Re: Where are my sent emails ?

Thank you for answering so promptly.

Sorry to appear dumb; but when I follow your instructions it comes up with a dialogue box requesting my Password.

I am not aware of using Webmail before, and I do not know my Password.

Please , how should I proceed ?

Re: Where are my sent emails ?

Thank you again for your very swift reply.

I have a combined Broadband, Telephone & TV package with Virgin Media.

On the top of the screen I have noticed sometimes a prefix :   " mail2 "   Is this relevant ?

Re: Where are my sent emails ?

Can we take a step back and establish that you can read your emails and the issue is either:

  • the Sent folder is not shown
  • sent emails are not appearing in the Sent folder

It  would also be helpful if you could recall your email account password and keep it safe for later reference.

Re: Where are my sent emails ?

Yes, I can read emails sent to me.  I do not know where my sent emails ( partly replies ) are being kept.

I do not know where the "Sent Folder" is.

There is no problem with the Virgin Media email Password.

Sorry to cause any confusion.

Re: Where are my sent emails ?

Thank you so much.

When I clicked on "View" I saw that  "Sent objects" was unticked.

Thank you again for sorting me out !
