what's going on with Virgin's webmail? Can never sign in anymore, keep getting three loading dots!
It is incredibly slow but it did finally load for me this morning after several minutes of dots before the eyes. This forum was also very slow for a while this morning so I think they need a new hamster on the wheel to power their flagging servers.
Check the Service Status page for your area; mine currently show 1 issue, “Customers may be unable to acess (sic) Webmail at the moment, you may be finding 3 loading dots loading on screen”
FYI, your web browser's console will show the current issue as:GET https://mail2.virginmedia.com/appsuite/api/saml/init?flow=login 404 (Not Found)
Use an email client instead to avoid the current issues with webmail.
