I am unable to sign into webmail for my Blueyonder email account. I have already tried removing cookies and cache from Firefox but still getting Forbidden on a white screen when trying to access my web browser email. Any other suggestions please?
I am sorry about this. We have had similar reports of this webmail access problem over the weekend though it does seem to have been restored for some.
If this is still an issue for you would you please let me know the date & time of the most recent incident of this happening?
I shall then update the fault ticket with your data to aid the investigation.
