I regularly sign in via webmail to clear spam and ole messages.
Recently (in the last two days) it gives an error message 'Connection error please try later'.
This is not satisfactory and I would like a response from someone who knows what is going on.

Is it just access to the VM website which generates this error, or is it all sites?
If it's just VM, clear your browser's cache and cookies and/or try a different browser.
If it's all websites, get your connection tested by ringing -
150 from a Virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other sort. Hold on until you get a person.

It appears to be just one account that is giving this error.
Could it be that I had signed in with one of my secondary accounts before going to sign in with my primary account?
