Ever since i got my virgin account i have not been able to access the webmail assosiated with my account.
whenever i try to access the webmail i get the following message:
"Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices."
I am only getting round to following this up, it has been like this for about 2 years i think, any ideas why?

Sorry to hear you're mailbox is not available.
Its sounds like the mailbox has been deactivated or suspended as it was not accessed within a 90 day period.
