Web mail + IMAP

When I use Virgin Web mail periodically an error message keeps popping up.

Error

The provided login information to access mail server "imap.ntlworld.com" seems to be wrong. Please try again.
 
As far as I know I am not set up to use IMAP.

Virgin Media's webmail is set up to access your email via IMAP, this is a system setting and cannot be changed by the user. However, you can change the IMAP folders subscribed to clicking ⁩, Setting, Email, scroll down to IMAP folder subscriptions and click Change subscription.

Try temporarily resolving the pop up error message issue by reload webmail (press Ctrl + R) but if it persists either post back here and wait for a forum team member to act or phone the support line
