Hi all
Im setting up a friends Virgin Media email account on outlook and i seem to be having a problem setting up the pop3/smtp details. Im having this problem as im used to having my old Blueyonder account, the email is a virginmedia.com email address so are the pop3/smtp the same as virginmedia.com ? If so i get an error saying that it cannot connect to the servers.
