This months Virginmedia Bill has gone into Junk in their own webmail.
Thats a bit of a fail !. Not very often i log in to check the junk but just as well i did.
Hmm that's not very clever of us is it? Unless you marked it as Spam at some point - and that's not an accusation by the way, more an observation just in case.
If this happens again please post an update - at that point I'll ask you, privately, for the Header data and I'll get this flagged up to Postmaster for investigation.
