Hi, My virgin.net email account has just stopped working in the last couple of days. I can still log in but my inbox remains empty even though I know I have sent stuff to it. Had the account 20 plus years through thick and thin and don't want to lose it.
I am sorry you are having problems with your virgin.net mailbox. I do not know specifically what has happened to yours however we are in the process of shutting down ones that are not associated with a broadband account. If you do have a broadband account with us please give us a call 150 or 03454541111 to discuss your options.
