Virgin media winners club

Hi, tried to find an answer but couldn't.
Woke up to this webpage in my browser - http://www.virginmedia.com-winners-club.org/ with a load of extra characters at the end. Has the Virgin logo on and this message:

"Dear customer, congratulations!
We want to thank YOU for your loyalty to Virgin Media! Your IP address XX.XX.X.XXX has been selected to receive a FREE iPhone 6S.

From time to time we randomly select a few lucky Virgin Media customers and we make them gifts of items of value to thank them for choosing us as their internet service provider.

Today is YOUR lucky day! You are one of the 10 randomly selected lucky clients that will receive a FREE iPhone 6S from our Partner Premium Club.

To receive your gift, simply answer our anonymous survey. But hurry! There is only a limited number of gifts for today!

Are you satisfied by Virgin Media?
Very satisfied
Satisfied
Unsatisfied"

It's a phishing site, right?

I do not work for VM. The advice I give is based on my best understanding of VM policy and practice. You rely on it at your own risk.
