Virgin e-mail connection

Whenever I log in to Virgin; my log in address is correct and so too is my password. Thereafter I am only confronted with a screen that has no relation to e-mail. Attempts to access e.mail through "Check Your E-mail", and the other smaller "E-mail" (in black) never get me anywhere. If anyone can offer any suggestions I would be grateful, thanks.

Sorry we took a while to get here, is it any better? If not then it may be best to delete cookies on the browser or perhaps try another browser to see how that goes.
