Virgin blocking emails from particular domain

Hi

Can anyone tell me how I get a domain white-listed by Virgin.

I run an online businesses and email I send from my domain bounces back from people using Virgin/ Blueyonder email addresses.

"mx6.tb.ukmail.iss.as9143.net gave this error:
zPoQ1r00l1EyP2t01PoQ5Z Spam content found"

We use Office 365 and are not listed in any spam filters so I'm not sure why we have been blocked by Virgin. The emails we send are just order updates. Nothing spammy.

Welcome and thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to hear you're receiving a bounce back message that spam content was found.

mx7.tb.ukmail.iss.as9143.net rejected your message to the following email addresses:

Have followed the steps on other posts and everything on our side is in order. Are you able to help?
