Virgin Media Email pages appear BLUE

Hi -

Sometimes my Email pages are blue and I get the warning -

"Could not get a default folder for this application. Application may not work as expected until this problem is solved."

Always seems OK after a while but is there a risk it will all go wrong one day?

I'm on Mac OS 10.8.5 and so get DO warnings Chrome isn't up-to-date (it's currently build 49.0.2623.112).

I guess I need to update the Mac but hope I can continue for a while?

Ta

Paul

Re: Virgin Media Email pages appear BLUE

The blue pages you are seeing is a loading or connection fault with VM web mail. The suite that VM use is normally blue. The red version is a tweak for VM specifically. Re-load the page when it happens

The web mail site is sensitive to out of date browsers.

I do not work for VM. The advice I give is based on my best understanding of VM policy and practice. You rely on it at your own risk.
