Virgin Email

My Virgin email is not connecting.  This has failed over the past few days.  It's fine to log into my Virgin Media site and I click on Email and enter log in details etc. 

The result is a page with one word "Forbidden".

I have tried to log in at home on my PC and tablet and away from home on a secure PC.  No success.

I will now try and contact Virgin by phone to see if they can remedy this problem.

Then you'll be wasting your time. There is a national intermittent fault with web mail which the guru's in VM's Dutch affiliate Ziggo (both part of the Liberty Global Group) are trying to fix but with limited success so far. The mail service is based in Holland at Ziggo.
