Why when I try to recover my password do VM treat me as if I were trying to hack in to the Pentagon.
Their stupid links don't work, I type in new passwords as per their requirements, do they accept them? No, but neglect to say why.
I have had enough of the whole Virgin platform, their email service is appalling & must have been designed as a school GCSE project because if this is the best a development team can do it gives me no hope for improvement.
Do Virgin actually use their own service? IT IS DREADFULL. I feel it is developed for their benefit not their paying customers!
Rant over, I am off to phone Sky or BT or anyone who is not Virgin!!!!!!!!!!!!
