Unable to send emails via webmail or on my windows phone

Forgive me if I appear naïve, but I am seriously challenged when it comes to anything 'technical' and am far more at home still with a quill pen!

For the past two days, I have been unable to send emails via webmail from the Virgin Media website, or on my Windows phone.  I am receiving emails without an issue.

The problem has been there for two days so far.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Does anyone know of a solution?

Forgive me then if you don't understand a word of my advice!

I think you may have a password problem. There are a lot of these at the moment. The best advice I can give you is to reset your password. Guidance on doing that is here:
