Unable to confirm user name

I'm trying to setup "My Virgin" I have created a username and password but when I try and confirm it, it says "click on verification e mail" but I cant log in to my account as I haven't confirmed it.

I am sorry you were having problems registering. At the moment it looks like you are successfully registered, how did you resolve it, any information that may help others?
