I have been unable to access my @virgin.net email account for about a month now, either on phone or pc.
When trying to log in it tells me that the username or password is incorrect (which it is not). If I then try to change the password I get asked the mothers maiden name security question. I put the answer in and it then tells me that the answer to that is incorrect.
Welcome to our forum, I am sorry you are having problems accessing your @virgin.net mailbox, I am unable to identify you from the forum details so I am afraid will speak in general terms.
We are in the process of disconnecting old virgin.net mailboxes that are not attached to an active broadband account. If you do have an active broadband account with us please give us a call on 150 from a Virgin media phone line or 0345 4541111 from others to discuss further.
