I am a Broadband Customer. Using Opera 11.50 for email and internet access.
I can send and receive email, but I am unable to login to my web mail account to delete unwanted emails.
The redirect address is not found:
https://redirectmail.ntlworld.com/mercurymigration
I have tried with Firefox too, which tells me the address is untrusted.
It seems to be a problem with an expired security certificate.

Try this link in Opera https://mail.ntlworld.com/

No use. After filling in all my correct details and correct PIN number the forum tells me that some details are missing or incorrect.
Now the link sends me to an inbox with just one mail — an automatic reply from Virgin telling me I have successfully changed my password, but none of my hundreds of previous emails.
The email address is the one using my username but not the email address that I have been using for the last eight years or however long it is ago it was I started using NTL .

If it asks for a PIN number you are trying to login to MyVirginmedia not Webmail, that is why you keep being asked for a PIN, you need to fully exit that and then try to login to webmail through the Email link

OK, but where is my email from the email address that I actually use and which I used to register for this forum? I never use the email address that is using my username at ntlworld.com. I have always used an alias address.
Up until a few weeks ago, I could log in via the redirect to view the mails for that address.

You need to speak to an agent who has all your details at their fingertips because they can check exactly what email addresses you have and go through it with you over the phone plus they now have remote access so they can take over your desktop and work through the issue with you.
They should be able to sort this out very quickly on the phone.
So call in 151 from a Virginmedia phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line and an agent will help you.
