I am sorry you are having problems reaching our website, first thing to check please is can the IPAD reach other sites i.e. is it still connected to the wireless/internet. If that is okay please make sure you are using the correct URL www.virginmedia.com as sometimes bookmarked ones may change.
@Doctor9fan. Are you also using an iPad? I have just logged in successfully using an android device.
