Has anyone else been told it's not possible for Virgin to guarantee all emails arriving at computer, phone and tablet if I choose a server which will actually synchronises replies,deletions, etc on all three because my computer emails are through Windows Live Mail and my phone and tablet are both Samsung and therefore Android?
You cannot amend accounts not using IMAP to IMAP settings. You have to start from scratch. You may have to ensure that synchronisation settings for folders in web mail are set properly.
