We have reported an issue, where we cannot reply to any person who has a virgin media account, or a blue yonder email, it comes back as undelivered. I have posted, with no reply, how do you get help or assistance from Virgin, where is the postmaster and the place to report errors like this, can someone PLEASE help,
yes we have, below is what is coming back as an "undelivered email". I have removed the customers details.
AOL sorted it and said we have unblocked, and now sorted. It is every email connected to Virgin.
BELOW is what is coming back, you can see it is not spam.

Also it is worth noting, we don't send bulk emails, this is a reply to a customer ordering or communicating with single messages. Also it is ONLY Virgin, NTL and Blueyonder emails that we hare having this "undelivered message". No other provider.
I have flagged this post to the moderator so that they can remove the private email address of your customer from this thread. However that won't happen now until the morning. So in the meantime your customers email address is publicly available for spammers.
