Hi, just joined the forum to try and get this issue resolved.
If I send and email to myself or cc myself on an email I get the spam content found bounce back message (its been happening since the 6/11). All other email comes in normally. Had 3 hours on the phone with the Virgin folk last Friday but still have the problem. Have spent all day uninstalling and re-installing live mail and trying other stuff but no change. Can someone point me in the right direction???

The Team are taking up to a week to get to posts like this; but may be quicker.
Stop fiddling with your computer. This is a VM issue. Only they can solve it.
