Spam Content Found

We are a picture library with 50,000 contributors. We send them monthly updates but those of our members who have accounts with virginmedia.com / ntlworld.com / blueyonder.co.uk / virgin.net never receive them because they are bounced as spam with the following message:

Subject: Merry Christmas! from fotoLibra

Our emails need to contain links and images; otherwise we follow all requisite protocols for bulk email sending. We have read your article "Email Spam Content Found error 550 - 554 [ New ] on ‎12-10-2016 10:37" and followed the recommendations given, yet our emails are still classed by you as spam. What more can we do?

Hello Gwyn and Jacqui

 

Welcome to our forum, I am so sorry to hear of your problems emailing our domains we will do our best to help.

We are in the process of making some changes to all our mailboxes that will hopefully fix your problem Spam Folder Settings Change

This is quite a big job as we have many mailboxes to consider but fingers crossed we hope to finish it early January. Once we have completed it if you find you are still having problems please let us know and we will be happy to investigate.
