Hi , I wondered if some one can help me please. I have over the last few weeks been receiving emails very slowly. A client sent me an email at 11 am on Wednesday morning however I didn't receive this until 1am the following morning. It happens mostly when emailing to my outlook 2013 this then forwards on to Virgin media email account. I'm running Windows 7. Any help much appreciated!!

The usual cause of slow delivered mail is rate-limiting due to blacklisting. However the delay should be no more than a few hours. If the rate-limiting is too aggressive it will result in the kind of delay you are reporting.
I'd like to inspect the email header to find out if this requires escalation, so please reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) and I'll take a look.
