Server Unreachable

Hi, ongoing ntlworld issues again Smiley Sad Trying to access webmail inbox and I keep getting the server unreachable message. I have tried other ntlworld accounts, and they are the same.

I can reach other folders, for example, the spam folders, just not the inbox!

I am using FireFox 51.0.1 (most up to date version) web browser.

Service Status check comes back as all good.

Any ideas on this one please?

Although I am not holding my breath ......I have actually accessed my web mail a few minutes ago.

I usually use the 32bit FireFox browser, but as a matter of curiosity I used the 64bit version and

it worked!

Now it could be just a coincidence, who knows, but it would be nice if one of the team or someone more techie

could verify that there is/was a problem with inbox access or using the 64bit version of FF was indeed the solution.

Highly unlikely to be anything to do with the version of FF you are using. VM web mail is unpredictable at best but my best guess would be that if you clear your browser cache and cookies these issues would be resolved.

I did clear cache and cookies when I had the problem yesterday to no

avail, hence my original posting. As suspected the 32 v 64bit versions

obviously make no difference thank you for the confirmation.

I think, as you have rightly said, the real gremlin in this, is the unpredictability

of the 'product'! Smiley Frustrated
