Sending multi emails

I am the membership secretary of a walking club and require to keep members up-to-date with events. This means sending about 120 emails which I have been doing using 3 differently named Groups of addresses.  Up to now there has been no trouble but for the last couple of days or so the emails I send do not appear to have been sent, although I've had no notification of this.

What is the situation?

If you are using an email client and try to send to more than 100 recipients within time period x, then after breaching this figure you will not be allowed to send any emails for a further 24 hours.

If you want to send to 100+ within an elapsed period of 24 hours, use webmail which has a limit of 500.

If you are using a client any unsent emails should still be in your Outbox.
