It is not going away anytime soon. It is additional security to protect the e-mail system. If you are having trouble with it do one or all of these things
1. Try a different browser
2. Always proceed through to a complete log-in
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
4. Watch carefully what happens if you use web mail to log-in to more than one account with separate log-ins. That can trigger the response. In which case use a different browser for the each of the separate log-ins.
