Another VM customer with the problem of slow e-mails again. I have not received two e-mails, one sent at 9.25 am and one at 10.30am. It's now 7.30pm. It is getting to the stage where it would be quicker to use Royal Mail.
Really sorry for the seeming return of aggressive rate-limiting.
Let me take a look at the header of a recently received email and I'll see if I can get this flagged up to our email engineers for you. Just reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) and I'll see what's happening.
