I can receive emails on both my ntlworld and virginmedia email accounts, but I cannot send on either, with the emails being held in the outbox.
I've had this problem for months now, having put up with it and worked around it because Virgin phone help did not know how to resolve this after numerous LENGTHY phone calls!!! I need to know what my settings are supposed to be for incoming and outgoing so I can reset them?
Not rocket science you would think, but still Virgin cannot advise this over the phone.
