RE: New Antivirus provider

I have recently changed my antivirus provider and have noticed the following anomaly when viewing my emails in Webmail.

In the above screenshot there are two circles containing what look like heads.

When either is selected they open a box which is always partially obscured.

Has anyone seen this before, and what is the fix, if any.

Re: RE: New Antivirus provider

Hi Enduser

That icon is the Norton identity safe icon, I don't use Norton so I cannot give you any more help than that I'm afraid.

However, in the past I have seen reports from Norton users of problems with various Norton icons related to certain browsers. My advice is to go to community.norton.com which is the Norton community forum.

Re: RE: New Antivirus provider

Who is your antivirus provider? The circles look like something the AV program is adding to the webmail page.

It's Norton, and I realise that it was something to with the new programme. I thought that I would pose the question here before enquiring with the Norton people. But thanks for your reply.

Those two "heads" are a pictogram of a key hole.
