ANSWER: OVER A MONTH & STILL WAITING.
I may be new to the forum but I havwe been a NTL - VM customer for over 10 years.
10Mbit service great got that speed with no problems.
Upgraded to 20 mbit 3 months ago, now I cant even get 10 !
But that seems to be the norm judging by all the moans.
Little man in india no help, he just said youve been capped, tough.
I dont use it that much as I work nights (use a 3 donlge 15gb) 9 out of 14 & sleep during the days. So it is only the wife reading her email most ofthe time.
So you now get capped for reading email.

The NTL mail system is as you mentioned currently in the process of being upgraded, this is due to be completed in Quarter 3 this year.
With regards to your speed issue, I've tried to have a look into this for you, unfortunately I'm not able to locate your details from your posting IP. As a result, could you please respond to the PM I've sent you, requesting further information?
