Any news on this? This problem has been ongoing for far too long and once again, such as today, I'm unable to log in to my e-mails.
I'm assuming VM see this as low priority in view of the amount of time this has gone on. It would be nice if as well as finally being fixed, a decent credit is applied against our bills as we're paying for a service that we're not getting.
I wrote a formal complaint letterand was phoned and told that the fault reference number quoted by Jen A had been cleared in January. I told them it had not so was passed onto IT. They said it was a complex fault and would I mind closing the complaint which I agreed to under the proviso that I would re open if not solved soon.
Besides a struggle to get into emails I even get a blue screen with OX APP SUITE logo on occasions, but most frustrating is that I keep getting told my session has logged out.
It has now gone on far too long so I am going to write again.
Maybe it would help if more people put pen to paper and wrote to the complaints section in Swansea.
Getting a credit might be an interesting approach as when several years ago I had an email issue got £10 out them but even then they said email was a free add on but as I pointe dout nothing is for free!
